I’m Leanne Mitchell — internationally recognized acupuncture physician, holistic esthetician, and founder of Acupuncture and Wellness of the Palm Beaches. With over two decades of experience blending traditional Eastern medicine with modern, results-driven therapies, I help individuals reconnect with their vitality — inside and out.

Throughout my career, I’ve guided women through skin transformations, fertility journeys, hormonal recalibration, pregnancy, birth preparation,  physical and  emotional healing — as well as the everyday challenges that bring people to acupuncture.
